Well…We all do this over eating at some point. It’s absolutely normal… to some extent.. once a while it is absolutely ok but if this once a while happens every weekend than it is absolutely NOT OK..specially If you are on the process to achieve some goals.. The repeated cycle of eating healthily in the week and bingeing on junk food every weekend can be very damaging to your gut health.
You should adopt an eating pattern which is sustainable.. Moderation is the key 🔑….. eating your fav food is absolutely ok. But only if u are eating in moderation.
Life is all about to enjoy..Allow yourself some treats, enjoy every thing in moderation…but don’t deviate from your goals
