- Ingredients: ( for 6-8 cutlets)
- 1 Cup Grated Beetroot
- 1 Cup Grated Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese)
- Salt to Taste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Chat Masala
- 1 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder (Bhuna Jeera)
- Juice of Half a Lemon
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Green Chili, Finely Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Besan (Gram Flour) or Oats Flour (For Binding)
- Oil for Shallow Frying or Air Frying
- Instructions:
- Combine Grated Beetroot and Grated Paneer in a Mixing Bowl.
- Add Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Chat Masala, Roasted Cumin Powder, Lemon Juice, Chopped Coriander Leaves, and Finely Chopped Green Chili.
- Mix Well.
- Sprinkle Besan (Gram Flour) or Oats Flour Over the Mixture.
- Mix Until the Mixture Binds Together.
- Take Portions of the Mixture and Shape into Round or Oval patties.
- Air fry at 180°C (360°F) for 10-12 Minutes or Until Golden Brown, Flipping Halfway Through.
- For Shallow Frying, Heat Oil in a Pan Over Medium Heat and Cook for 3-4 Minutes on Each Side Until Golden Brown.
- Remove from Air Fryer or Pan and Drain Excess Oil on Paper Towels.
- Serve Hot with Green Chutney.
- Combine Grated Beetroot and Grated Paneer in a Mixing Bowl.
